Shipping Policy
Due to the current conditions around the worldwide outbreak of the Coronavirus, huge strains have been put on the medical industry as well as manufacturer's internationally and locally. As Sage Health Solutions we do not hold large volumes on certain lines and rely on our suppliers to deliver timeously in order for us to complete orders. At this time due to the huge demands on our suppliers, there are delays on some of our products and will therefore be a delay on our supply. We will keep you informed should a product that you have ordered or do order that may be affected. 1.Local Delivery 1.1 Sage Health Solutions offers 2 (two) methods of delivery of Goods to you. You may elect delivery via: 1.1.1 courier; or 1.1.2 self-collection; 1.2 Our delivery charges are subject to change at any time, without prior notice to you, so please check the FAQs for the most up-to-date information. You will see the applicable delivery charges in your cart when you check out. 1.2.1 Where it accepts your order, Sage Health Solutions will deliver the Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”). We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period. You may then, within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification elect whether or not to cancel your order for the Goods. If you elect to cancel your order, we will reimburse you for the purchase price. 1.2.2 Sage Health Solutions obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. Sage Health Solutions is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of a product, after it has delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you. 1.3 No changes can be made to your delivery address once payment has been received and you have received your Payment Confirmation email. 1.4 Hospital Bed rentals (big and bulky) cost are as follows; Within the Southern suburbs of Cape Town, between, Muizenberg and Newlands and between, Hout Bay and Mitchell's Plain also known as district A Delivery cost is R450.00 Collection cost is R450.00 from district A plus a 20km distance, also known as district B, the cost of delivery for Hospital Beds are as follows; Delivery cost is R550.00 Collection cost is R550.00 from district B plus a 20km distance, also known as district C, the cost of delivery for Hospital Beds are as follows; Delivery cost is R650.00 Collection cost is R650.00 If at any time delivery for a Hospital Bed is approved for a location point beyond district C, a cost will be provided upon the process of an order.Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at gheel@sagehealthsolutions.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
